There are many options in the photography world these days and I’ve taken careful consideration into my pricing so that I am able to offer the very best experience and images to my clients.
When to schedule?
Maternity Sessions are typically done the first 30-34 weeks so you look pregnant, but without the discomfort of the last weeks of pregnancy. I have a what to wear guide and love working with clients on wardrobe so you get the most out of your session.
Newborn sessions are held within the first 5-14 days of life. This ensures they are still super sleepy so we can get all of those sweet squishy poses. A newborn session takes up to 2 hours to photograph, depending on how well your baby sleeps. I provide a very detailed instruction packet on how to help ensure we have a smooth session! Sessions occur at my studio in the Nolensville area and all of the props, hats/bows, blankets, etc. are provided. Your baby will be in his/her birthday suit the whole session, so there is no need to bring anything except your sweet baby.
Newborn Pricing: I only offer digital collections to keep things simple. Your session fee ($200) is due at the time of booking to reserve your session. The remaining balance ($650) is due at the time of your session and includes 20-25 of the best high-resolution images on a CD with copyright permission. These images will be given on a USB drive and also be downloaded to a professional printing lab so that you may purchase these at cost (no markup). I highly suggest clients order from the professional lab as the difference between a pro lab and Walgreens, Walmart, etc. makes a huge difference in how your pictures will come out.
Maternity/Newborn Package: I highly recommend this package as it is a huge savings and you won’t want to miss capturing both memories! Book a newborn session at full price ($850) and receive a mini maternity session for $400. This is a 30 minute session and will include 8-12 high resolution images from your maternity session sent via digital download and both maternity and newborn sessions will be placed on USB upon completion.
I also offer a baby steps program to clients as it covers the major milestones their first year (newborn, 6 month and 1 year photos). I also love watching them grow! This is a savings of $200 off the final session! It would be broken down in payments as follows:
Newborn: $850
6 Month: $650
1 year: $450
If you would like to book your session please let me know and I will send you the info to move forward. Once your retainer has been paid your due date will go on my calendar and then I just ask you call/text/email me from the hospital so we can schedule a date 5-12 days out.
