Thank you so much for contacting me about capturing your miracle. The first days are so special and you will yearn to remember each tiny detail forever.
Your newborn session is held within the first 5-12 days of life. This ensures they are still super sleepy so we can get all of those sweet squishy poses. A newborn session takes up to 2 hours to photograph, depending on how well your baby sleeps. I schedule these sessions typically around 10am-1pm. I provide a very detailed instruction packet on how to help ensure we have a smooth session! Sessions occur at my studio in the Nolensville area and all of the props, hats/bows, blankets, etc. are provided. Your baby will be in his/her birthday suit the whole session, so there is no need to bring anything except your sweet baby.
I only offer one package, which keeps things simple! Your session fee ($200) is due at the time of booking to reserve your session. The remaining $650 is due at the time of your session and includes 20-25 of the best high-resolution images on a CD with copyright permission. These images will also be downloaded to a professional printing lab so that you may purchase these at cost (no markup). I highly suggest clients order from the professional lab as the difference between a pro lab and Walgreens, Walmart, etc. makes a huge difference in how your pictures will come out.
I highly suggest the baby steps program to clients as it covers the major milestones their first year (newborn, 6 month and 1 year photos). I also love watching them grow! This is a savings of $250 off the final session. It would be broken down in payments as follows:
Newborn: $850
6 Month: $650
1 year: $450
Parent shots are included in the above pricing and siblings may be included, but there is an additional charge of $50 for children 3 and under due to the extra time that goes into getting these images. *Please keep in mind sibling images depend fully on your child’s behavior. I will do my best, but these are not guaranteed.
If you would like to book your session please let me know and I will send you the info to move forward. Once your retainer has been paid, your due date will go on my calendar and then I just ask you call/text/email me from the hospital so we can schedule a date 5-12 days out.
If you have any questions at all I would be happy to help!!! Look forward to talking to you soon!!
